Terms and Conditions

Defective Products
Any defective/damaged product(s) must be reported within 6 days of receiving the order. If you receive your product and it is broken or does not function as it should, LED Lighting Solutions will replace the product(s) at no charge.

Missing Orders
Any missing orders must be reported within 10 days of the order ship date for full reimbursement.

Backorders
When an item is not in stock, it is considered a Backorder. Backorders generally ship in 7-10 business days, but some may take longer to ship.

Taxes / Fees
Sales tax will be charged to designated shipping destinations (identified at Checkout).

Order Cancellations
We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time for any reason. If an order is cancelled, we will promptly refund you the entire amount from the order.
